How do the Coaches Referrals work?

Fill out the referral box with the name and email address of a friend or colleague, once they have an active Coach account you will automatically receive a week free.

What is the cancellation policy?

If the trainee cancels 24 hours or more prior to the commencement of the Coaching Service they will receive a full refund. If the session is cancelled within 24 hours the trainee is not entitled to a refund, it is left up to the coach and trainee to communicate, the coach may choose to refund the total or a portion of the fee for compensation. If a Coach cancels the trainee will have the session fee refunded.

Why can I book for someone else?

This feature is to cater for parents or guardians booking coaches for minors under the age of 18.

Does Coachys Vet Coaches/Trainers?

Coachys requires Coaches to confirm that they have provided accurate information. Coachys does not perform any sort of background checks (including but not limited to any Working With Children Checks or other such checks with the relevant authority).Trainees are responsible for determining the identity and suitability of Coaches that they contact via the Services and the Coaching Services. Where a Parent or Guardian is booking the Coaching Service for use by a Minor, Coachys recommends that they accompany and supervise the Minor to, from and during the entirety of the Coaching Services.

What is Holiday Mode?

This Switch is used when the you the coach goes away for long periods of time, it prevents trainees from booking your services while your away.

Why does Coachys need my bank account details?

Coachys does not need Coaches/Trainers bank details when the they register. However once you receive a booking we will require your bank details so we can transfer you your hard earned money.

If I am registered as a Coach can I book sessions with other Coaches?

Unfortunately Coachys doesn't allow registered coaches to book other coaches. If you are interested creating an Trainee account email us admin@coachys.com so we can sort something out for you.
